The President Cassette Awning

This aluminium cassette awning was introduced to the UK from Germany some 15-20 years ago and is now the most popular type of commercial installation due to it?s adaptability and good looks.

Deans introduced the President retractable awning to the British market in 1982 and still assemble the updated version of this excellent German designed product in Wandsworth, London.

The president may be installed to any suitable substrate and can be specified in any form from an open system to a fully enclosed Cassette. The arms are triple sprung for maximum strength and the main loading components are manufactured from drop forged alloys. All profiles are from aircraft grade aluminium which is powder-coated white as standard. Others colours are available as an option.

Sizes of the President can extend from 2.5m in width up to 15m with arm lengths up to 3.5m.

Motive power is by sealed gearbox as standard but all types of automatic control can be specified.
