Darjeeling Express Return for Another Deans Traditional Greenwich® Restaurant Awning

We are delighted that the owners of Darjeeling Express, a traditional, Michelin-recognised, Indian restaurant, were so pleased with their traditional Greenwich® Restaurant awning that they recently asked to install a new, matching awning at their Rupert Street, Central London address.

It was important to the client that the new awning fitted seamlessly with the existing unit, so careful note was taken of the location and height of the original. The new awning completes a perfect ensemble on this late 17th-century location.

The existing awning has been fully refurbished by our works, with new light blue covers fitted to both units. The calming shade suits the understated elegance of this highly regarded restaurant, led by well-known author and TV chef Asma Khan.

The Greenwich® commercial awning is a modern construction, permitting fully automated control, when required, but has the appearance of a traditional awning, making it one of the most versatile awnings available.

Designed and manufactured in our London factory, the Greenwich® commercial awning is a bespoke model, each one individually crafted to the particular location requirements. Available in 350 fabric colours, the awning may also be branded, in-house, using the Deans digital RAGS® graphics process.
