Bespoke Recess Greenwich® Awning at Templar House
The new “Uncommon” Business Centre at Templar House High Holborn wanted awnings on their main windows to reduce glare and heat gain. However, the nature of the business meant an understated, subtle, appearance was required.
Our Greenwich® retractable, pivoting, awnings were chosen as ideal with their uncluttered mechanics and one-piece fabric cover which neatly conceals the front profile.

Specially powder coated anodic bronze fittings contrast with the green striped cover and, when retracted, the Greenwich® awning tucks under the window soffit to give a flush appearance. Close liaison with the main contractor, including the submission of CAD technical drawings, was required to ensure adequate fixings were available for the existing aluminium window frame.
