5 Classic Folding-Arm Awnings Installed at the New Canada Water Food Hall
The Canada Water Food Hall is part of the £4 billion regeneration at London’s Canada Water, and Deans are proud to have played their part with the installation of five retractable Classic awnings.
The Deans Classic awning was specified for its robust construction, which makes it the perfect awning system for installation on commercial areas where it will be in constant use in a variety of weather conditions.
Providing cost-effective shade and shelter for retail and leisure businesses, the Deans Classic Awning is available with standard manual operation or, as here at the Food Hall, with remote electric awning operation for convenience in use.
The five retractable awnings were powder-coated in a client-specified RAL colour, and the forest green covers feature weighted, branded valances created with the RAGS® CAD-based digital branding process.
For public installations such as this, the conformity to contracting and safety regulations in public spaces is essential, and all works are carried out under the umbrella of the SAFE Contractor authorised scheme.
