Recessed Traditional Awnings for Horsley’s of Gainsborough
Established in 1902, Horsley’s of Gainsborough share a history almost as long as we do at Deans. When new awnings were needed for their specialist bedroom centre, the Deans Traditional awning was an obvious choice.
Recessed neatly within the new shopfront, the handmade hardwood laths of the Traditional awning have been painted to match the shopfront surround. This fine timber work contrasts beautifully with the authentic black traditional blind arms, which have been powder coated by us to an impact-resistant, high gloss finish.
With a pride built on tradition, close inspection of the Traditional awnings reveals an attention to detail right down to the matching screw heads on the awning fittings and the delicately scrolled Deans name plate.
To complete the awning installation, our RAGS® digital process has been used to faithfully replicate the Horsley Company logo on the main face of the blue awning cover.
For clients who are not quite sure how their awning, or branding, will look, we can take much of the guesswork out of the decision. By creating accurate drawings and photographic renders, you will be able to see how your prospective awning will look in advance of making your final decision.
Deans Shop Awnings & Shop Blinds
We first began crafting the Deans Traditional Shop Blind in 1894. Since then it has gone on to become an icon of the British High Street, instantly recognised all over the world.
