New Branded Awning Covers for Sunglass hut

Our specialist awning knowledge provides Deans technicians with the skills to be able to repair or refurbish virtually any type of commercial awning, no matter its age or condition.

These five traditional Deans style shop awnings at the Sunglass hut on Vere Street in central London were starting to look a little tired and a promotional link with Ray Ban was the perfect opportunity to spice them up and promote one of the Store’s premium products.

After surveying the site carefully it was decided, for practical and reasons  of economy, that the awnings would need to be collected and brought back to our works for overhaul and for moving parts to be checked over.  This also gave us the opportunity to ensure the new covers would be perfectly fitted to the existing rollers.

The recovering of awnings is not something which should be considered lightly as there are many different  types of awnings and it is only by employing an experienced awning installer  that this work can be undertaken effectively and safely.

Three of the awnings received new black covers with the Sunglasses Hut message and two of the awnings were recovered in Ray Ban red with appropriate logos applied.

The branding, of the awnings was digitally created then applied using our own RAGS® graphic application process which ensured accurate logo reproduction both in terms of design and of colour.

In this particular case our graphics department knew exactly what was required but we also offer a digital design approval service to customers who need assistance with layout or visuals.
