Bespoke Awnings Installed Berbere Pizzeria, Tottenham Court Road

These new bespoke awnings, recently installed at the new Berbere Pizzeria location in St Giles Square, had to be constructed from scratch to precisely fit within awning boxes which were recessed on site and integral to the shopfront lintel.
Provided with architectural drawings, our designers created Computer-Aided Design (CAD) fabrication instructions from which the bespoke awnings could be manufactured by our in-house engineers.
Branded Awning Bespoke Arms
The traditional, bespoke, Victorian-style awning arms were especially challenging to manufacture due to their positioning on the side pillars, requiring three-dimensional forming to provide adequate head clearance and smooth operation.
Fortunately, the long-term investment in Deans’ digital workshop technology means that with the aid of laser steel cutting and computerised forming machinery, these bespoke arms could be manufactured with an accuracy previously unobtainable with the old strong-arm techniques of our forebears.
Finally, the RAGS® Digital branding process was used on the awning valances, to give that final touch of individuality to these stunning new bespoke awnings.
