Hard Rock Cafe awnings renewal
Hard Rock Cafe celebrated their 50th anniversary this year and it was important the iconic cafe on Old Park Lane, looked at its very best. The entrance to Hard Rock is a feature of the London landscape being, as it is, right between Hyde Park and Green Park and seen by everyone as you turn on to Park Lane proper and travel down past Hyde park. The awnings and entrance canopy with their distinctive Hard Rock graphics, have become an integral part of the London scene and Deans have faithfully maintained the Hard Rock heritage within their complete overhaul of the units.
The traditional Victorian style awnings, with their side curtains and the stunning approach canopy, have all received the Deans attention and the branding, so important to the Hard Rock image, have been faithfully replicated through the means of our bespoke RAGS® graphics process. This method of logo application enables us to be able to apply complex and multi-colour logos, both large and small, with an amount of detail impossible to achieve by other less sophisticated methods.
The traditional Deans awning is seen as the ideal high street location restaurant awning, due to its longevity and appearance which fits with so many of our historic high street locations, on which popular restaurants are often located. With its hardwood box carefully painted to match the shopfront and robust steel arms which have been powder coated in our own plant to a resilient, long lasting, finish. The traditional Deans restaurant awning can be left out to shelter customers in all but the most inclement conditions, making it the perfect three dimensional sign to welcome new and old diners alike.
Standing on Old Park Lane since June 14th 1971, boasting a Mayfair neighbourhood address, Hard Rock London was a place where rock stars like Eric Clapton and Pete Townsend vied with each other to have their special tables marked by displaying guitars they had donated. Today Hard Rock is an International brand with venues in over 70 countries including nearly 200 cafes like this one in London.
