Design, Innovation and Manufacture of Awnings – All Under One Roof!
Since 1894, Deans Blinds have led the way in the manufacture of bespoke awnings, designed and manufactured, in their entirety, in the UK from our factory located on the banks of the River Thames in London’s historic Docklands.
Many excellent modern awnings are manufactured across mainland Europe, and we also install the very best of these systems when the application requires it. However, the unique nature of British buildings, both domestic and commercial, means that these “off the shelf” awning systems cannot possibly meet the demands placed of them by our unique architecture.
Half of all the awnings we install from our East London factory, including the Marlesbury®, Greenwich®, Deans Shop Blind, The Victorian Awning and the RIB® canopy, have all been developed in-house, then constructed by our skilled operatives and installed by Deans’ own Team of experienced installers, who themselves are accredited under the auspices of the SAFE Contractor accredited umbrella.
Supplementing these manufacturing facilities, the investment in digital design and printing has enabled us to be able to offer individual branding opportunities, which extend, through the use of the Deans Edition® fabrics, to create individual corporate awning covers for one or more awnings, ensuring consistency of client marketing presentation nationwide.
