The RIB® Revolution In Canopy Design And Construction
Our bespoke RIB® system of canopy manufacture is a rigid assembly technique which demonstrates the extreme rigidity of construction through the use of engineering grade lightweight aluminium profiles fitted together without the use of degradable plastic parts.
Using laser cut brackets and specialist MiG/TiG welding techniques the construction allows us to make large fixed canopies which can withstand the rigours of long term application in inclement environmental conditions.

The RIB® canopy can be in a fixed wedge style, for maximum branding effect, or as seen here, with exciting multiple curved shapes evoking the style of canopy seen in many countries including the United states and other parts of Europe. These shapes are only possible through the use of our CAD controlled forming machines which bend the aluminium extrusions into precise shapes which have to be identical in order to present a crease free fabric finish.

Where canopies are required to cover longer elevations they will be manufactured and covered in our London factory then transported to site in modular sections for assembly and final installation.

The RIB® system also allows for the manufacture of very large canopies for use as approach awnings and entrance shelters suitable for hotels, restaurants, sports centres and schools.
Prior to installation comprehensive surveys are made by our experts in order that the final installation, carried out by our own engineers fits perfectly; first time, every time.
