New Automated Traditional Awnings for the Fine Jersey Jewellers, Hettich

A stunning installation of six remotely controlled traditional awnings and fixed RIB® curved canopy have been installed at the exclusive Hettich Jewellers on the isle of Jersey.
The Traditional awnings were all constructed in our London workshop prior to being shipped to Jersey for installation. In order for these Traditional awnings and the accompanying fixed RIB® canopy to be fitted perfectly, comprehensive design drawings and renders were digitally produced by our in-house designers.

No less than 59 detailed construction and layout drawings and renderings were produced by our skilled CAD designers so that absolutely nothing was left to chance at the point of installation.
The remotely controlled Traditional awnings are operated wirelessly and are aided in function by the installation of anemometers. These devices detect potentially damaging wind speeds and cause the awnings to retract automatically.

The curved corner-mounted fixed RIB® canopy was an especially challenging design, once again requiring complex CAD design. It was then constructed in aircraft grade HE9 aluminium, MiG welded and, finally, powder coated to a high gloss in our London factory.
At Deans Blinds, we understand the importance of creating visuals to show how your awning will enhance your establishment’s frontage. That’s why we offer 3D visual mock-ups of your project.
