Marlesbury Awnings for London Estate Agent

Rampton Baseley is an estate agent based in London. For their office in Battersea, we recently created three Marlesbury awnings. The Marlesbury awning is a product fully developed in-house by us at Deans. Every awning is custom made and produced according to the specific requirements of each client. For Rampton Baseley, the arms for the awnings were coated in white to match the rest of the façade. The fabric was created in grey and provides a subtle contrast to the rest of the building.

At Deans we offer the Marlesbury awning both as a retractable product as well as a fixed one. The awnings for Rampton Baseley are retractable and operated with a manual crank. The awnings are also created with sliding arms. That enables the vertical position of the arms close to the housing box when the awning is extended.
