Greenwich Awnings® for Geo Café in Caversham

Greenwich Awnings® have been created by us to provide the  an ideal awning for the smaller installation; they are especially suitable where there is an element of historical interest associated with the building. especially where the building has some historic significance. The elegant, yet uncluttered, lines of our Greenwich Awnings® are perfectly suited to boutiques, hotels and cafes and they can be operated either manually, via a gearbox, or electrically, using wireless remote controls. We are proud that the Greenwich awning® is a British product entirely designed and manufactured here in our London factory which makes it unique amongst its European contemporaries. This Greenwich awning® , installed  at  the Geo Café in Caversham, near Reading, is typical of the purpose to which the Greenwich awning is ideally suited. Additionally the awning has been decorated using our own  RAGS® digital branding process which ensures clean accurate graphics to match the client’s corporate style.

The Geo Cafe is located in the centre of  Caversham a short distance from the River Thames; they  are a small independent café and bakery. Geo Cafe  pride themselves on their wide selection of fair trade and organic teas and coffees as well as  freshly baked bakery treats and sourdough bread, along with a café menu comprising hot and cold food inspired by Georgia and the world. In the evenings the cafe doubles as a home style restaurant, serving traditional Georgian dishes as well as holding regular theme nights.

Caversham was originally a village founded in the Middle Ages, lying on the north bank of the River Thames it is opposite the main part of  Reading. Caversham Bridge, Reading Bridge, Christchurch Bridge, and Caversham Lock provide crossing points (the last two for pedestrians only), with the historic  Sonning Bridge nearby to the east of Caversham.
