Quality and service equals customer loyalty
Customer loyalty has to be earned and we understand at Deans the importance of maintaining this relationship through providing consistently high levels of quality work and a first class service. This constant striving for excellence has its rewards and this, our latest job at the Brumus Bar & Restaurant at the Haymarket Hotel, is evidence of this. We were asked by the client to refresh the awnings, which we had previously installed a few years ago, with new stunning black and white striped covers complete with matching weighted valances.
Naturally gaining new customers is important to us but maintaining our ever growing repeat customer base is as important now as it was back in the 1890’s when Deans were the go to supplier for all blind and awning needs to the myriad of butchers bakers and even candlestick makers who’s boldly hand decorated awnings lined every shopping street in every town. 128 years later and our reputation is stronger than ever!
This hard won customer base is strengthened by the vast knowledge we have accumulated over the years and our ability to replace , or even re-make, awnings or parts of awnings so that the heritage element of some of the more traditional awnings can be maintained. In the case of the more modern sophisticated types of awnings the close relationships we have with all the major European awning manufacturers means that we are rarely stumped by technical problems and the more difficult the challenge the more undoubted is our resolve to ensure customer satisfaction.
The newly refurbished Brumus Bar & Restaurant at Haymarket Hotel, which have recently been involved with is now more spacious than ever. Open all day, Brumus serves fresh, seasonal cuisine and fabulous cocktails, as well as the old favourites, bar plates and delicious Afternoon Tea.
