Project completion at Sunnydown

These Classic folding arm awnings have recently been installed at the Sunnydown school in Whyteleafe, Surrey, completing our ongoing project. They are in addition to the RIB® Apex entrance canopy which we had already installed last year. The Classic folding arm awning is available in widths up to 13.50 meters wide with a one piece cover; this is demonstrated well on the image which you can see of the larger awning installed over the art room. The awning protects works by students whilst allowing ambient light to enter without glare and overheating. The Classic folding arm awning is equally suitable for smaller sizes as seen on the entrance to the gym.

The awnings are electrically operated by remote switch and the can also be automatically controlled via integrated sun and wind sensors. The white graphics have been achieved through our unique RAGS® graphics process which has provided provide sharp lettering to contrast with the green covers.
