Markilux and Deans have enjoyed a partnership in the UK stretching back for over thirty years and we are accredited suppliers and installers of the entire comprehensive Markilux awning range. The Markilux range of awnings extends across a wide range of domestic solar control from small pivoting awnings, such as the 700 series, through elegant automatic cassette style patio awnings right up to all weather fixed or free standing pergola systems.
Our team of factory trained surveyors are able to offer advice and are supported by an in house design team who can even, at modest cost, produce renderings of the awnings on your home to give you an accurate impression of the finished job. You can be confident that all Deans awnings and blinds will be installed by skilled and experienced technicians who have been through, and continue to undergo, training which is managed through structured Human Resource programmes. Where complex installations are envisaged we are able to fabricate special custom-made brackets or fixings to overcome the challenges in installing awnings on the many shapes and sizes of our British homes.
The high-tech fabric installed with Markilux awnings is manufactured at the production facility in Emsdetten, Germany, in accordance with strict quality standards. This has resulted in functional textiles, which have set standards in terms of quality, UV protection, ease of care and appearance. In the unlikely event that the correct shade of fabric cannot be found within the range there is may also be possible that we can produce matched fabrics to special order and our sales team will be able to price this option individually.
Our Markilux range of awnings can generally be operated manually with a simple cranked winding handle but the vast majority of installations benefit from the use of automatic wireless remote controls. These remote controls may also be linked to numerous further options which can include lighting, heating, sun, wind and rain sensors.
